Julie completed her Dental Nurse NVQ level 3 qualification in 2009 at Sunderland NECC.

After joining White Friars initially as a dental professional to work alongside the dentists, she quickly became an integral member of the team. Her ability to take control and manage a team saw her promotion to full time practice manager, providing support and direction to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of the team. She also works hard to ensure our dental team deliver quality dental care to patients in line with CQC, GDC guildelines, Healthy and Safety requirements and other legislation.

Prior to starting White Friars in 2013 she worked at a practice in Newcastle, experiencing Cosmetic dentistry, implants/oral surgery incl sinus lifts, orthodontics, sedation and facial aesthetics treatments

When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her partner, she loves to keep fit, socialising with friends and travelling, she regularly visiting her family in Newcastle. Julie's somewhat of a football icon, playing professional football for England Women for several years and gaining an England International Cap.
